底部平坦適用多種爐具，加上導熱均勻的優勢，
不容易產生熟度不均的狀況，也可減少多次翻面的繁瑣過程。

採用陶瓷鑄模的大古鑄鐵鍋，鍋蓋與鍋身表面細緻光滑且堅韌，
重量比一般鑄鐵鍋輕了10%，而鑄鐵鍋導熱快，蓄熱性佳的特性，
烹調時還會緩緩釋放二價鐵離子，
新鮮食材放入後易熟省水省瓦斯，關火後湯頭還可以溫暖很久！

大古鑄鐵鍋採陶瓷模製作，表面細緻光滑，
但在鑄造過程中，表面會出現些許流紋、凹點等不平整狀況，
為避免其他重金屬污染，堅持不做焊補的動作，
如鍋身有些微孔洞，均屬正常現象，
不影響鐵鍋功能及使用，並非瑕疵品。

玻璃蓋在製造過程中會產生些許微小氣泡，
如鍋蓋出現小氣孔、小氣泡、水波紋、模切痕等，均屬正常現象，
