27cm湯鍋是大古最初代的元老產品，一直深受消費者喜愛，
這次將其外型與大受消費者喜愛的COCO系列融合，最大特點當然是重量的減輕，第一代湯鍋重量約4.1KG，
而極輕量鑄鐵萬用鍋則約3.2KG，大幅減輕了約1公斤，
即使盛著湯水也可輕鬆端上桌，細緻紋理、優雅線條，極致的一抹幽黑在餐桌上呈現出另一道風景。

凹紋紋理的鐵蓋搭配大古專屬排氣閥，一指輕鬆轉動。
關閉時的密合效果可縮短烹調時間讓食材的熟成更快速，同時也節省了能源。
當鍋內蒸氣太多時有時會造成鍋內水分溢出，此時只要將排氣閥打開，
輕輕鬆鬆便能將蒸氣排出，可防止水份溢出之外也可減少因掀開鍋蓋的瞬間被熱蒸氣燙傷的風險。

採用陶瓷鑄模的大古鑄鐵鍋，鍋蓋與鍋身表面細緻光滑且堅韌，6L 的大容量放入全雞料理無難度，
